("OKX SG") The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) issued guidelines on April 2, 2024 which set out additional consumer protection measures to be adopted by digital payment token service (DPT) providers [PS-G03]. These measures include restrictions on facilitating selected DPT activities when dealing with retail customers. Hence, we need to differentiate retail customers from other customers, such as Accredited Investors (AI).
