How do I find supported crypto and networks?
Before making deposits or withdrawals, you can check the supported crypto and networks on the website in two ways to avoid issues with transactions not being completed.
On the web
Method 1: Check from the deposit or withdrawal page
Open the OKX website, select Asset > Deposit/Withdraw.
Choose your crypto from the dropdown.
Select the network dropdown to view all supported networks.
Note: some crypto, like SOL, only support a single network. A notification will appear automatically after you select the crypto.
Method 2: Check OKX Status
Open the official website, select More > Status
Scroll to the Status of deposits and withdrawals section
Enter the crypto you want to check
Select the Operational status to view supported networks and their current status.
Note: always make sure both platforms use the same crypto and network when making deposits or withdrawals. Mismatched networks may result in permanent loss of assets.
